Have you always wanted to start meditating but aren't sure how to begin?
This short workshop will introduce you to the power of meditation and offer you tools and tips to get started so that you have everything you need to maintain a daily practice at home.
We will also cover various breath work practices that you can use to settle your nervous system, stimulate creativity or transform subconscious patterns.
You'll leave feeling confident and ready to effectively use meditation and breath work as a tool to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and overall health and wellness.
