Join me on September 15th at Soul Garden Yoga for a full day of nourishing self-care, restorative yoga, Desire Mapping, cozy socks and pumpkin spice everything.
Our rural yoga studio offers you a retreat from your busy life so that you can recenter yourself and connect back to what really matters. (hint: it has everything to do with your heart)
We begin at 10am and you day will include:
Heart opening cacao meditation
a big bowl of soup + other snacks throughout the day
pumpkin spice everything
a Desire Map workbook to help you figure out your Goals with Soul
impactful and transformative group coaching
time to wander the Soul Garden to reconnect with nature
We'll finish up at 4pm so you can be home on time for dinner.
