We are so excited to be partnering with Grounded Goodness as they tour Saskatchewan to celebrate sisterhood and entrepreneurship! This event is going to be out of this world epic, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
Join us and our special guest DJ Noor Mitri for another magical outdoor event to bring the Regina yoga + conscious living community together for practice, connection, collaboration and celebration!
We’ve also invited Good Spirit Kombucha to join us again for this pop up and this time the kombucha is on us! Enjoy a refreshing glass after practice with your delicious snacks provided by Zesty Kits - Regina’s first local meal kit service.
We will be practicing in Kiwanis Waterfall Park (YESSSS!) and our indoor location in the event of rain will be Argyle Park Community Centre.
A little bit about Grounded Goodness (we love them because as you can see, we have shared values!):
Our mission? To spread goodness.
Why? Because we're craving it...so we have a good hunch that you're craving it too.
What is goodness? To us: it's love, it's fun, it's connection, it's inspiration. It's being kind to ourselves and others. It's experiencing joy and then sprinkling that around like confetti. It's the feeling when we connect with someone who just gets it. It's being inspired to live fully, even on the really crap days (because we all have 'em).
So how do we spread goodness? We have two main methods:
1) through our products: decals and t-shirts. These beauties serve as inspirational gear for grownups! Fun, colorful, easy.
2) through our events: these serve as a medium to bring people together! Fun, colorful, easy.
Notice a theme? If you're craving some fun, color and ease...this is the place to be.
