Why I created this course.

After working privately with clients for two years as a Life + Sex Coach and after 10 years of teaching yoga, I'm clear one one thing:

Most women are doing too much for other people, and not enough for themselves.

And, they're exhausted.

They find themselves in a yoga class, desperate to find some peace or inner stillness, or they're reaching out for coaching because they're struggling to feel sexual desire and turn-on.

What all of these women have in common is that their nervous systems are on high alert, their stress levels are through the roof, they're anxious, and disconnected from their bodies.

Their souls are aching for them to slow down, yet their seemingly endless list of responsibilities and excuses why they can't invest time and money into pleasurable healing are keeping them stuck on the hamster wheel of good intentions and lack of direction when it comes to making real change in their lives.

I wanted to create a way for passionate, driven women to slow down and connect with their bodies, their hearts, and ultimately with their deep inner wisdom. I created the free Soothe + Nourish course as an easy entry point for working with the tools I offer as a Coach + Embodiment Teacher. I offered 5 practices, no longer than 15 minutes each, that work to connect women to their bodies, their hearts, and their inner knowing.

Soothe + Nourish Volume 2 explores six more of my favourite practices to build a solid foundation for a lifelong relationship with sensuality and embodiment practices.

Soothe + Nourish Volume 2 is an introduction to the 4 step process I use inside my 1:1 and group coaching programs called, "The Freedom Cycle". Each week you'll explore The Freedom Cycle through an embodiment practice, reflective journalling, and mindful action steps.

Ultimately, this is about you creating a relationship with your body and your heart so that you can tune into your intuition and inner guidance.
