Weekly “Get Shit Done” CoWorking

Every Friday (10am-12pm CST), you'll have a space dedicated to working on your business. Sometimes we’ll be focusing on content creation and outreach. Other weeks we'll be building your systems and automating your workflows. The goal is to use body-doubling, and hive-mind to get work DONE so you don’t have to work over the weekend.

Private Slack Group

Your virtual water cooler where you can hang with your fellow Cocoon buds. Get feedback on your work, support through your shenanigans, or just share pictures of your pets. This is where the magic happens. Your weekly plan lives here too, so you can stay on track.

The Cocoon Curriculum

12 weeks of supportive business development training, designed to help you build a sustainable business without burning out:

Month 1: Making Money- We start with visibility and momentum. Clarify your offer, refine your messaging, show up consistently on social, send regular emails. Your business needs to make money to be viable, so this is where we’ll begin.

Month 2: Stellar Client Experience - Once you have some money coming in, we’ll build the systems to support it. This might look like website optimization, automated onboarding, launch planning, and customer journey mapping.

Month 3: Operations Mastery - Create the backend that makes continuing to grow your business sustainable for you. We’ll get you set up with systems and SOPs for project management, inbox maintenance, file organization, and yearly planning.

  • The planning & Q&A calls happen on Mondays at 10am-12pm CST. Co-working happens on Fridays at 10am-12pm CST. Submit questions for the Monday Q&A portion the Friday before the call.

    LIVE weekly 90-Day Cocoon Curriculum Workshops {30-minute} will be held on Fridays at 9:30am CST starting on October 17th.

  • The time commitment is fully up to you → as in, you'll get out of this what you put into it. That being said, give yourself at least 2-4 hours a week to fully immerse yourself the program.

  • I will provide all of the instructions & guidance you need to get your your project management system, opt-in, and email marketing funnel set up, automated & ready to promote. This is next level support for your business.

  • The Cocoon is ideal for coaches, dfy/dwy service providers, wellness practitioners, & small business owners who want to sell their private, group, & digital offers & grow their online presence through organic social media, and email marketing.

  • Month 1 is all about creating momentum. You'll clarify your offer, refine your messaging, and show up consistently with my support and the support of your cohort.

    During your 30-Day Visibility Sprint, you'll post daily on social, reach out to your network, and make it easy for people to book with you.

    In Months 2-3, we systematize what's working.

    If you choose to stay in the cocoon for a full year, you’ll have plenty of time to revisit the visibility challenge as you refine and improve your messaging, offer, and client experience.

  • The Business Cocoon is active implementation with accountability.

    We will plan your week together, we get work done together.

    Your plan lives in Slack all week.

    Think of it as having an OBM in your pocket—someone helping you strategize your priorities and holding you accountable to your plan—without the $2.5K/month retainer.

  • All workshops are recorded and posted in the membership portal within 24 hours.

    Weekly planning and Co-working calls aren’t recorded, but if you submit a question for a call you can’t attend, a recording of the response will be posted in Slack for you.

  • I can't promise you'll make $10K in 30 days—anyone who does is lying to you.

    What I CAN promise: Month 1 gives you the accountability to show up consistently, reach out to your network, and create visibility.

    If you show up to the planning calls, do the work in co-working, and take consistent action, you'll create revenue opportunities. Then we’ll build the systems to make sure your business stays sustainable as it grows.

  • Month 1 includes a 30-Day Visibility Sprint that uses Instagram stories because it's low-barrier and high-impact. But if you're not on Instagram, we can adapt it to whatever platform you like to use—LinkedIn, Threads, or even daily emails.
