I've spent the past 5 years using some of the best tools in the coaching industry to support women in living pleasure-filled lives. As a 600-hour certified VITA Coach, my work introduced me to the power of body-based coaching strategy.
This, combined with 14 years of teaching yoga and 17 years of running an online business has brought me to the pinnacle of my work with women.
I created this business to support women to do the things that bring them the most joy, delight, and abundance—and to do those things through a deep connection with the intuitive wisdom of their bodies.
My mission is to help women business owners feel well-resourced and confident doing work they're really good at & that they feel deeply passionate about doing.
How Voxer Coaching works:
When you sign up for Voxer coaching, you'll receive an email from me with an intake form for you to fill out. Once you've done that, I'll familiarize myself with your business & initiate our conversation on Voxer.
You'll need to have the Voxer app on your phone or access it online in order to participate in Voxer Coaching. The free version of the app is adequate for our work together.
We'll begin by setting a goal for our three months together. I'll send you an action plan in a shared Google document that we'll work on together to help you reach your goal.
You can send me as many Voxer messages as you'd like, anytime that you want to send them. I have set times in my calendar every day where I'll review your messages and respond to you.
If you reach your goal before the end of our 3 months together, we'll work on another goal in your business. At the end of the three months you have the option to continue with Voxer coaching for as long as you feel it's supportive for you and your business.
