You already have a voice.
And if you're going to use AI to help with your marketing, you probably want to keep it.
You want help getting your ideas out of your head and into something you can use, without losing what you were trying to say. You want to read it back and recognise your own thinking, and feel good about putting your name on it.
Get my AI StudioYou're good at this. It's just costing you a lot.
Your business is working. You've got clients, offers people actually buy, and you show up pretty consistently (more consistently than you give yourself credit for).
But it takes everything you've got to keep it that way. You're writing the newsletter late at night, answering emails between sessions, rewriting the same offer description for the fourth time, and somehow still trying to post. Rest has turned into something you'll get to later. And every time you hand a piece of it to AI, you get back something that sounds a bit like you, about your work in general, for nobody in particular. So you rewrite that too.
And no, the answer isn't more discipline. You've hit the edge of your energetic capacity, which is the amount of energy you actually have to give your business in a week, not the amount you can force out of yourself. Most marketing advice tells you to push through. Slow Marketing says that's your cue to do some capacity building, and to stop spending the energy you've got on work that doesn't need you.
Your AI could use a proper introduction.
Right now, every chat starts from zero. It doesn't know what you sell, who you're talking to, or the things you would never say, so you spend the first half of the conversation explaining your business and the second half explaining why you'd never say half of what it gave you.
Inside Slow Burn Lab AI Studio, you build your Brand Blueprint from your own words: your voice, your people, your offers, and your Never Do list. Then you connect it to the AI you already use, so it has something of yours to work from.
Bring the thing you keep almost saying.
You know the one. The opinion you keep typing out in a caption and deleting. The conversation with a client that you keep thinking would make a great email. The offer you know would help people if you could just figure out how to explain it.
Those are the best places to start, and you don't have to design the whole process yourself.
Say you've got a page of messy notes for this week's newsletter. You open your AI and ask it to use the Plan Newsletter skill. It reads the parts of your Blueprint it needs (who you're writing to, what you're selling right now, how you sound) and then asks you questions until you've found your angle. When you're happy with that, Write Newsletter helps you shape it into an email you can edit and send.
Or maybe you're staring down a month of content and feeling pretty meh about it. Open Plan Content, tell it what you actually enjoy making and how much capacity you've got, and pick the ideas that get you excited to make something.
You bring the observations, the experience, and the opinions. The skills just give you somewhere to put them.
It gets more useful as you teach it.
When you read a draft and think, "I'd never say that," you add it to your Never Do list. If you prefer longer sentences, save that. When an offer changes, update the details. You make the correction once, in your Blueprint, instead of in every single chat.
This is the part that gives you capacity back.
Every correction you save is one you never have to make again, and it adds up over the months (the same way your marketing does when you stop starting over every time it feels hard).
What's inside
Your Brand Blueprint
Your voice and writing samples, the people you help, your offers, your values, and the words you'd never use, all in one place your AI can read. Start with what you already know. It stays editable, so it can change as your business does.
The Slow Burn Lab skills
Each skill gives your AI detailed instructions for one marketing job, using your Blueprint as its reference. There are skills for planning content and writing posts, captions, carousels, and video scripts. For planning and writing newsletters, blog posts, sales pages, and launch emails. For reviewing your offers and how they fit together, exploring your positioning, and planning YouTube videos and podcasts. I wrote them around Slow Marketing, so they plan around the capacity you actually have, and they won't hand you fake urgency or hype. Use the ones that fit how you market your business and switch off the rest.
The Prompts Library
For the days you want to think something through before you make anything. There are prompts for exploring ideas, checking your capacity, making decisions, selling, and finding a marketing rhythm you can hold. Think of it as a Slow Marketing coach inside your AI.
A setup walkthrough and messaging support from me
I'll walk you through creating your Blueprint, connecting your AI, and trying a skill on a real piece of work. And if you get stuck, message me. Tell me what you're trying to do and where you've got to, and we'll work from there.
Need help, but not ready to hire?
You're probably doing most of it yourself right now. The inbox, the proposals, the onboarding emails, the check-ins, and somewhere in there, the work you actually love doing.
Hiring help is a big step (and a scary one). So I took what I do as an OBM and built it into ten Cowork sessions you can use right inside your AI.
Cowork lets your AI go into your inbox, your calendar, your call notes, and your project board and do the work there. So after a discovery call, it can read your notes and write up a proposal in your voice for you to look over. When a new client signs, it sets up their folder and drafts the welcome email. And a lot of the sessions can run on a schedule, so you don't even have to remember to ask.
It's my OBM expertise, right inside your AI.
And when you are ready to hire, your workflows are already written down and ready to hand over.
When you are well, your business is well.
That's the premise of everything I teach, and it's why I built this.
I've been in online business for 20 years. I've taught yoga for 16 of them, run a studio for 12, and spent the last few years as an OBM and coach for wellness business owners. A lot of the people I've worked with were right at the edge of their capacity, or well past it. (BTDT.)
I don't love what AI is doing to the way we communicate. So much of what I read sounds the same, and the things that make someone's work interesting seem to disappear in the process. But people are going to use it anyway. I use it too, and I've found some really useful ways to work with it.
The way I see it, the creating stays human. You do the thinking: what you believe, how you work, and what you want to say. Your AI helps with everything around it, so more of your energy goes to the part only you can do.
You want to look at a content idea and feel excited to create it. You already have the ideas. This gives you a good place to start doing something with them.
Who it's for
This is for you if…
Your business is already working and you're the one holding all of it. You've got offers that sell and people who trust you, and you'd like your marketing to take a little less out of you every week.
It's not for you if…
You want AI to do your thinking for you, or you're looking for a way to post five times a day and grow as fast as humanly possible. You're not going to find that here.
Start with something you already want to make.
You don't need to document your whole business before you begin. Bring a few pieces of writing that sound like you, some notes about the people you help, and the details of one offer. If you've used my free prompt pack, bring your voice profile and ban list too.
Then follow the walkthrough, connect your AI, and try one skill on an email, content idea, or offer you're already working on. As you use it, you'll notice what else is helpful to add.

A few things you might be wondering
I barely have time as it is. Is setting this up going to take forever?
No. You start with what you already have (a few writing samples, notes about your people, one offer) and add the rest as you go. You don't have to finish your Blueprint before it's useful.
How is this different from the free prompt pack?
The free pack gives you nine prompts to help your AI learn your voice. The Studio holds the rest of your business information, plus the skills, the Prompts Library, ten Cowork sessions, the walkthrough, and messaging support from me. The free prompts are yours either way.
Do I need to be good with tech?
You'll need to create an account and connect it to your AI, but the walkthrough takes you through it, and you can message me if you get stuck. It's all browser-based, so there's nothing to install.
Which AI platforms can I use?
It works with ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, Gemini Enterprise, and Perplexity, and so do the Cowork sessions. You'll need a paid account with any of them except Muse. You can connect the same Blueprint to more than one, and when you update it, they all get the new information.
Do I need a finished brand strategy?
No. Your website, offer descriptions, emails, captions, and notes are all useful starting material. You can keep refining your answers as you find better ways to explain your work.
Will it sound exactly like me?
You'll be surprised at how close to your voice AI can get with the right information, but you'll still need to read and edit what comes back. Check the facts and claims too, before you put your name on anything.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access, for as long as the technology exists.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of buying.
Bring your brilliance. Give your AI a better place to start.
Set up your voice, your offers, and the things you want it to understand about your business. Then let the skills and Cowork sessions take some of the weight, so more of your energy goes to the work you love.
