Have you ever wished you could clone yourself?

You wouldn’t be alone in that. Almost every client who reaches out to me for Online Business Managment has expressed a desire to clone themselves so they could get more done in their business.

But, also get it done the way they want it to be done, without creating more work and stress.

Many of them had previously hired a VA, thinking this would be the solution but realized that training a VA was more work than just doing the work themselves.

It’s not that hiring a VA was the wrong move. It’s just that most businesses start their hiring process before developing the foundation that makes it easy to bring on support.

And developing that foundation is really hard to do when there’s clients that need attention, content to be created, and big-picture visionary ideas to move forward.

This amazing, wonderful, perfect storm of success and growth is exactly where I thrive.

My job is to help my clients develop the foundation that allows sustainable + profitable growth to happen.

Your business isn’t just offers, marketing, and launches.

Your business is also an expression of who you are, how you view the world, and the ways in which you feel called to share your gifts.

That’s why I take a holistic approach to my work as an OBM. I use a framework I developed called “The Business Ecosystem” to help me diagnose where support is needed most.

At the heart of the business ecosystem is you, the seed. Ultimately, my job is to ensure you’re well-resourced, that you feel held by the structure of your business and the people you hire, and that growth doesn’t come at the expense of your health and happiness.

Most of my clients come to me with one of these scenarios:

  • They’ve grown a successful business but they are completely tied to every part of the operations and are unable to take time away

  • They’ve got a solid foundation of referral clients but no strategy to bring in clients when the referrals aren’t coming in

  • They’ve grown a large audience, but haven’t set up any funnels or monetization

  • They’re stuck in a cycle of reinvention (burning down & reimagining when the results aren’t what they hoped) and haven’t been able to get consistent forward momentum with content, offers, or revenue

Of course, every business—and business owner—is different, but I’ve worked behind the scenes in enough businesses (in addition to being an online business owner for over twenty years) to know what questions to ask, and where to look to accurately determine what needs attention first in the business ecosystem.

My clients are always amazed at how effortlessly I do this. It’s because I’m a pattern spotter and I wholeheartedly trust my intuition when it comes to troubleshooting where energy is stuck or leaking in a business ecosystem.

The solutions I offer are always informed by the human at the centre of the ecosystem. What do you need to thrive so that in turn the business can thrive as well?

Hearth is an Online Business Management retainer package for spiritual and wellness-oriented coaches, teachers, and service-providers who are on a growth path with their business and want a key operations-focused team member who can help them turn their vision into a tangible, real thing.

How does Hearth work?

Step One: Grounding

We’ll start with a free business ecosystem audit. This is where you get to tell me all about your work, your clients, and your current business situation. My job on this call is to listen to it all—the overwhelm, the ADHD ideas, the launches that didn’t fully take off, the systems that need updating, etc.

As you’re talking, I’ll usually start to see the taproot that’s hiding under all those weeds. We’ll talk a bit about what I’m noticing and whether or not Hearth might be the next right step for you (or not). You’ll receive a detailed recap of our call along with some actionable next steps you can take whether you join Hearth or not.

Step Two: Exploring the Underbrush

Before your onboarding call, I’ll review your ecosystem audit, your current offers, client testimonials, ideal client interviews, your systems, SOPs if you have them, your social media, and your website—digging through the garden to see what’s growing, what’s dying on the vine, and what pesky roots are lingering under the surface, sucking up resources.

Once I have a handle on all that, I’ll send you my proposed plan of action to get you out of the weeds so we can start growing a sustainable, thriving business ecosystem.

Step Three:  Planting the Seeds

On our onboarding call, we’ll discuss the plan and how we’re going to implement it together. If you’ve ever wished for a wise middle-aged woman to just come in and tell you what to do… this is it.

We’ll discuss what systems need to be in place, what you can stop doing, where you need to invest resources, and how to organize everything so that you can clearly see what’s going on in your business.

After this call, I’ll implement anything that needs to be in place to make our plan of action happen and get to work on your business.

Step Four: Tending the Garden

We’ll rinse and repeat this whole process every month. Everything will stay organized inside a simple shared Google folder and/or your project management system, and we’ll touch base regularly via the voice/text messaging app of your choice.

I’ll be holding your vision, keeping an eye on your metrics, and taking good care of your energy through the month. At the end of the month, you’ll receive a report on the state of your business ecosystem and we’ll use that data to plan our next month.

The longer we work together, the more supported you’ll be. You’ll always have someone you can bounce your ideas off of, and you’ll have access to informed, strategic feedback, real-time data, and up-to-date research so that you never feel alone or stuck when it comes to growing your business.

Ultimately, I’ll help you move past decision fatigue, reclaim your scattered brainpower, time, and energy, and feel grounded and clear about what you’re doing and why (and when, and how).

“The consistency and follow-through have been such a relief and have made a real difference in my business.”

~ Crystal
