The Slow Marketing Series
5 workshops for wellness professionals who are bone-tired from chasing algorithms and are ready to coax their marketing strategy into a glowing, sustainable fire that doesn’t sputter out or consume everything in its path.
Good things take time.
Babysitting a sourdough starter. Growing tomato plants from seed. Rocks being polished into smooth stone on the edge of a river bank.
All around you, nature is unfolding in its unhurried, sweet-ass time. It does not care about the first of the month or your Instagram stats or the spicy comment you left on someone’s Facebook post last week.
You already know all that, though, because the work you’ve chosen to do is about the body, and the body also likes to take its sweet-ass time. To heal, to learn, to calm down.
There’s really only one place where speed is valued and going at your own pace is for losers, and that’s the world of online marketing.
We're increasingly being pushed into a style of marketing that demands more and more from us while delivering diminishing returns. Inhuman quantities of content creation, a dearth of real connection, a persistent state of burnout, and an accepted set of personality archetypes you have to conform to or else risk being ignored and left behind.
Yeah. Eff that.
Welcome to The Slow Burn... 🔥
This fall I'll be sharing a series of 5 workshops for wellness professionals who are bone-tired from chasing the algorithms and ready to coax their marketing strategy into a glowing, sustainable fire that doesn’t sputter out or consume everything in its path.
Slow Marketing is marketing that breathes.
Instead of appeasing algorithms, Slow Marketing is built on a foundation of trust, connection, and timeless marketing strategies that don't stop working just because what's trending on social media has changed.
In this introductory training, you’ll learn the Slow Marketing Framework for marketing your business in a way that feels fully aligned with your values, your day-to-day energy, and your soul.
Our workshop agenda:
5:00 meditation & intention setting
5:30 main training
6:00 group discussion and Q&A
6:15 live coaching (as time allows)
6:30 wrapping it up
This workshop series is ideal for yoga teachers, coaches, intuitives, and spiritual guides who are fed-up with appeasing algorithms and are ready for a sustainable marketing strategy that feels good.

The Slow Marketing Series:
Integrity
Our first workshop is about integrity.
We'll explore
generative vs extractive marketing
why selling feels so gross to you
how to approach marketing in a way that stokes your creativity and—hear me out—is actually pretty fun.
You'll learn to see sales as service instead of manipulation or pick-me vibes, generosity as a marketing strategy, and how to make sure you deliver on your promises.

Embodiment
When you are well, your business is well (and vice versa—your wellbeing is the fuel that keeps the embers alive). In this workshop, we'll explore how to manage your capacity and energy so that you can grow your business in a sustainable way.
We'll talk about:
the internal work you need to do to be well
how to set boundaries
how to pay yourself adequately without feeling sleazy about asking for money
October 18th
5pm CST, MDT/ 4pm PDT / 7pm EDT
Depth + Distinction
Your brand on its own will ring hollow without the infusion of your unique voice, perspective, and body of work. At the same time, your body of work needs clear and distinct branding, so it is instantly recognizable as yours. In this workshop, we’ll explore creative marketing strategies that reach beyond social media and how to do the inner work to be able to 'go there' with your content so that you become an unmissable beacon for your people.
This webinar is about self-trust, not holding back, skipping the Chat GPT graphics/captions/copy/strategy, and how to become known for the way you approach your work like nobody else in your niche.
November 22nd
5pm CST/ 3pm PST/ 6pm EST
Effort + Ease
Most people give up way too soon on their marketing strategy. But success happens when you stay consistent with your messaging, content, and connections over a long period of time. You have to be willing to stay with it long enough for it to work, and that requires patience, strength, and a good way to handle your rejection sensitivity.
We'll explore strategies to stay consistent with your key pieces of content, how to know when something is or isn't working, and how to balance working hard with the rest required to stick it out.
December 13
5pm CST 3pm PST / 6pm EST
Devotion
This workshop explores the art of an exceptional client experience from when someone first discovers you to when they leave your program (and after that, too). We'll focus on giving generously—both with your marketing content and inside your programs—and how to deliver exceptional value.
We'll explore systems that reduce friction between discovery and your first sale and how to create an experience your clients rave about to their friends, peers, and colleagues.

Robin Joy | OBM, Yoga Studio Owner, & Embodied Business Coach
For the past three years, I've worked behind the scenes of dozens of online businesses, and while each one is different and unique in terms of what they do and what they need—all of my clients are doing beautiful, important work in the world.
I’ve helped multiple business owners go from sporadic/nonexistent content creation to sending non-negotiable weekly newsletters that get opened and read.
They’re selling their offers. They’re streamlining all their systems and getting rid of bloated expenses and complicated tech stacks. They’re experiencing successful, joyful launches that don’t leave them fried for six months.
My goal is to support smart, creative women in building well-resourced businesses and lives, so they can keep doing the work they were meant to do.
My mission is to help you do the things that bring you the most joy, delight, and, abundance—and to grow your business from a deep connection with your hard-earned skill, natural talent, and intuitive wisdom.
