How does Emerge work?
Step One: The Lay of the Land
We’ll start with a free business ecosystem audit. This is where you get to tell me all about your work, your clients, and your current business situation. My job on this call is to listen to it all—the things you love about your work, the overwhelm, the ADHD ideas, the launches that didn’t go anywhere, the systems that need updating, etc.
As you’re talking, I’ll usually start to see the taproot that’s hiding under all those weeds. We’ll talk a bit about what I’m noticing and whether or not Emerge might be the next right step for you (or not). You’ll receive a detailed recap of our call along with some actionable next steps you can take whether you join Emerge or not.
Step Two: Digging in the Dirt
Before we meet for our first coaching call, I’ll review everything that came up in our ecosystem audit, look at your recent client testimonials, your ideal client interviews, your messaging documents, your current offers, and website copy—digging through the garden to figure out what’s diverting your precious resources away from the plants you want to nurture and grow.
Once I have a handle on all that, I’ll send you my proposed plan of action to get you out of the weeds so we can start growing a sustainable, thriving business ecosystem.
Step Three: Planning and Preparation
On our first coaching call, we’ll discuss the plan and how it’s going to help you reach your business goals. If you’ve ever wished for a wise middle-aged woman to just come in and help you figure out what to do… this is it.
I’ll coach you through any blocks that surface and help you develop an implementation plan that’s sustainable and enjoyable. This call is all about honing in on your strengths and ensuring that your strategy is in alignment with what you can actually pull off consistently.
Step Four: Implementation & Doing the Work
We’ll meet every week for a coaching call. Each call begins with celebrating what’s working, letting go of what’s getting in the way, and setting intentions for what you want to happen next.
Sometimes our calls will be practical and strategic and other times I’ll be sharing powerful coaching tools that will help you embody the business owner who has reached the goals you’re working toward.
Each call will review what’s currently happening in your business, what you need to focus on next to meet your business goals, what’s in the way practically and energetically, and what action steps you need to take to move forward.
After the call I’ll send you a recording, a detailed recap, and a plan for the week ahead.
Step Five: Tending the Garden
We’ll rinse and repeat this whole process every week. Everything will stay organized inside a simple shared Google folder, and we’ll touch base regularly via the voice/text messaging app of your choice.
The longer you stay in Emerge, the more supported you’ll be. You’ll always have someone who is invested in your success, knows how to support you through challenges, invites you to grow and challenge yourself, and reminds you to take the time to celebrate your wins, rest, and take care of yourself first and foremost.

Emerge will begin with a 3 month minimum. After our first 3 months together, we’ll revisit your goals and either continue with coaching or explore something different.

I typically use AI for call notes & summaries. Otherwise, I try to avoid using it because I find the output to be too generic and cookie-cutter.
If you bring ideas, plans, strategies to me that have been created with AI—I will encourage you to go back to the drawing board. I’d rather support your half-baked uncertain ideas than wade through pages and pages of AI slop to find something workable for your business. -
