Grounded marketing support for your wellness business.

A steady OBM and integrator who can help you see (and implement!) the best marketing strategy for your audience, your services, and your self. So you can draw in more of the right people and get back to doing the work you’re actually here to do.

You’re in a growth phase. (Yay?)

That’s what we’re all supposed to want, right? But no one talks about what that looks like in real life: scrambling, scattered, and frenzied, like you’re wrangling a bunch of unruly kittens.

You’ve learned throughout the years that if you want to be a successful service provider, you have to market your services. Constantly.

So, you have! And maybe you’ve even discovered that you’re good at that stuff (or some of it, anyway). But marketing, especially in the age of algorithms and AI slop, is like a mutant Little Shop of Horrors plant—it just keeps eating and eating, and no matter how much you feed it, it’ll never be enough.

Meanwhile, what about the work you actually do? The brilliance and care and ripple-effect impact your REAL work has on people? If you were to build a pie graph showing how much time you spend on nurturing that work vs. marketing that work… what would it look like?

And is that what you want?

For most wellness business owners, the answer is a full-body HELL NO.

When AI entered the chat, it seemed like a potential solution. No human can keep up with the insane demands and ever-shifting goalposts of the content marketing plant mutant! Why not pass it off to the robots?

Because the robots suck at writing, that’s why.

If you’ve been using AI to write your newsletters and social media posts, I’m here to tell you two things:

1. Everyone who reads it can tell it was written by AI.

Not because of em dashes or specific word choices or identifiable speech patterns, because AI writing is watered-down and bland. Like a Michelob Ultra, it looks like the real thing, its taste and texture remind you of the real thing… but it’s not the real thing, and we all know it. (Also, it tastes like shit.)

The day is coming—and some might argue it’s already here—when AI-generated content is not going to do its job anymore. Open- and click-through rates will go down, spam markers will go up, more and more of your emails will get ignored, and honestly? Who even knows what Instagram will look like a year from now.

Your audience wants to hear from YOU, and when they get generic AI newsletters and social content, they feel like you phoned it in, like you violated the contract you made with them. And then they’ll go off in search of someone real.

2. You deserve so much better than whatever AI is writing on your behalf.

I bet if we sat down for coffee right now, you could take me on an impassioned soapbox journey, talking about why you chose to devote your life to equine massage or nervous system coaching or some super-niche style of yoga.

You have a whole beautiful network of roots and symbiosis, reaching back years, forming unexpected connections and slowly growing into the ecosystem you (and your business) are today.

And YOU are the only being on this planet who is capable of expressing that to the people who most desperately need your work to exist in this world.

AI flattens voices. It thins all that out, smoothing over the gnarly branches and pruning the most unique manifestations of all the things that make you YOU.

The problem is not AI—not by itself.

The problem is that we’ve hustled our way into a culture where the demand (constant content creation) has exceeded the supply (human creativity and capacity).

The good news is, there is always a way to bring the “human” back into your content in a way that doesn’t burn you out.

The image features the word "flora" with a dandelion seed head incorporated into the design, symbolizing openness and new beginnings.

Flora is a marketing strategy and integration retainer that brings the creativity back into your business and gives your work the edge it needs to stand out in a sea of sameness. WITHOUT requiring more food for the insatiable carnivorous plant.

I’ll help you develop a sustainable content marketing strategy that grows around who you are, what you (the human) need to feel well-resourced and aligned with your purpose, and the best ways to communicate with the people you’d like to work with.

A woman with red hair and glasses, wearing a dark shirt, smiles happily while working on a black laptop at a concrete table. A smartphone is on the table nearby. She is in a casual setting with a textured wall and a window in the background.

With my support, you’ll start generating original content that you feel really good about. That aligns with your core brand messaging, positions you as the stand-out expert in your industry, and attracts an audience that WANTS to hear what YOU have to say.

No more scattered cat-herding, flailing at different tactics and strategies and platforms and productivity tools. We’ll use real data—and yes, your humanity and all your “soft” human needs are part of that data—to make smart, grounded decisions about what you create and when.

Then I’ll handle all the tech shit so it actually gets where it needs to go.

How does Flora work?

A field of wildflowers with various colorful flowers, including red poppies, yellow daisies, and purple and white small wildflowers, in a natural outdoor setting.

Step One: The Lay of the Land

We’ll start with a free content ecosystem audit. This is where you get to tell me all about your work, your clients, and your current content situation. My job on this call is to listen to it all—the overwhelm, the ADHD ideas, the viral posts that didn’t go anywhere, the systems that need updating, etc.

As you’re talking, I’ll usually start to see the taproot that’s hiding under all those weeds. We’ll talk a bit about what I’m noticing and whether or not Flora might be the next right step for you (or not). You’ll receive a detailed recap of our call along with some actionable next steps you can take whether you join Flora or not.

A green garden trowel filled with soil is placed on a gray concrete surface, surrounded by pots of soil and gardening tools.

Step Two: Digging in the Dirt

During our first month together, I’ll review your recent content, client testimonials, ideal client interviews, messaging documents, offers, and website copy—digging through the garden to see what’s growing, what’s dying on the vine, and what pesky roots are lingering under the surface, sucking up resources.

Once I have a handle on all that, I’ll send you my proposed plan of action to get you out of the weeds so we can start growing a sustainable, thriving content ecosystem.

Step Three:  Planning and Preparation

On our first call, we’ll discuss the plan and how we’re going to implement it together. If you’ve ever wished for a wise middle-aged woman to just come in and tell you what to do… this is it.

I’ll coach you through the creative process—and, if you need it, a plan for weaning yourself off the robots—and help you develop a workflow that’s sustainable and enjoyable. This call is all about honing in on your strengths and ensuring that your strategy is in alignment with what you can actually pull off consistently.

Step Four: Implementation & Doing the Work

Every business (and business owner) is different, but generally, what this looks like is:

You create some version of your content for that week. Half-done, completed first draft, whatever you’ve got.

I will do a quick proofread, focusing on searchability and structure, but my main role will be to implement this content (in Kit, Instagram, Substack, wherever) with proper formatting, segmentation and timing.

I’ll also create a spreadsheet full of content ideas—a vast network of plant shoots that connect back with your core messaging—with an eye toward what’s already working in your industry, so you’ll always have a place to start that isn’t just a blank page.

Step Five: Tending the Garden

We’ll rinse and repeat this whole process every month. Everything will stay organized inside a simple shared Google folder, and we’ll touch base regularly via the voice/text messaging app of your choice.

If you’ve got a launch happening, we’ll be sure your content strategy is geared toward ensuring you have a successful launch.

The longer we work together, the more supported you’ll be. You’ll always have someone you can bounce your ideas off of, and you’ll have access to informed, strategic feedback, real-time data, and up-to-date research so that you never feel alone or stuck when it comes to marketing your business.

Ultimately, I’ll help you move past decision fatigue, reclaim your scattered brainpower, time, and energy, and feel grounded and clear about what you’re doing and why (and when, and how).

“One of the biggest transformations since working with Robin has been our email marketing. Before, it was inconsistent and felt disconnected. Now, we have regular, meaningful contact with our audience and members, and we’re seeing much stronger engagement. Our messaging is clearer, and we actually know who we’re talking to in our emails.”

Robin Joy | Business Ecosystem Strategist

For the past three years, I've worked behind the scenes of dozens of online businesses, and while each one is different and unique in terms of what they do and what they need—all of my clients are doing beautiful, important work in the world.

I’ve helped multiple business owners go from sporadic/nonexistent content creation to sending non-negotiable weekly newsletters that get opened and read.

They’re selling their offers. They’re streamlining all their systems and getting rid of bloated expenses and complicated tech stacks. They’re experiencing successful, joyful launches that don’t leave them fried for six months.

My goal is to support smart, creative women in building well-resourced businesses and lives, so they can keep doing the work they were meant to do.

My mission is to help you do the things that bring you the most joy, delight, and, abundance—and to grow your business from a deep connection with your hard-earned skill, natural talent, and intuitive wisdom.

Pricing & How it Works:

There are two tiers of support available inside Flora. Below you’ll see some examples of what each one could look like for you—but as you read, keep a couple things in mind:

1. When you’re spread too thinly, time feels scarce AF.

An hour (or a day, or a week, or a month) zooms by, and you feel like you’ve gotten nothing done, even though you’ve barely stopped moving.

From that place, one hour of implementation work each week might feel like chump change… but it’s not. One of the things I’m going to help you with is taking back your relationship with time.

Also, I can get a LOT done in one hour.

2. Every business ecosystem is different.

What we do in our work together will be informed by so many factors, including but not limited to: your audience—what they want, need, like, and where they show up; your personality and preferences; your relationship with writing and/or AI; your personal capacity and executive function; performance metrics; and so much more. Our workflow will be completely unique to you—so the examples in this section are just here to give your brain a sense of how much we can get done.

It’s also likely you won’t know which tier is best for you until we have our first call together. Don’t stress; that’s kind of the whole point of me.

Some things I often help my clients with:

  • Repurposing long form content for social media

  • Taking your notes and turning them into a newsletter or social content

  • Helping you get over your resistance to showing up on video more often

  • Creating content calendars that actually get used

Pricing

Tier 1: $1000/month (3 month minimum)

Each month includes:

  • 60 Minute Strategy Call

  • Content strategy and workflow support to make sure you have the capacity and desire to create your own content

  • 1 hour of implementation time per week (i.e. staging, segmenting, and scheduling a weekly newsletter + setting up a week’s worth of IG posts)

  • Asynchronous support as needed via your messaging app of choice (Voxer, WhatsApp, Marco Polo, etc.)

*In Tier 1, you’ll be creating your content and handing me completed versions that are ready to publish.

Tier 2: $2500/month (3 month minimum)

Each month includes:

  • 60 Minute Strategy Call

  • Content strategy and workflow support to make sure you have the capacity and desire to create your own content

  • 4 hours of implementation time per week (i.e. editing half-baked content + staging, segmenting, and scheduling a weekly newsletter + weekly content for 2 social platforms )

  • Asynchronous support as needed via your messaging app of choice (Voxer, WhatsApp, Marco Polo, etc.)

*Tier 2’s extended implementation time means you can give me your outlines, ideas, themes, rough-cut videos, and half-written content, and I will turn it into polished, platform-specific content for you.

Most business owners who enjoy writing and creating content for their business will only need the minimum package. If you don’t like to write or want more coaching support with the creative process, I will suggest going with something more comprehensive.

And if it seems like you need more than Tier 1 but less than Tier 2… that’s a thing too! We’ll figure this all out during your initial call.
